 1 I lift up my eyes to the hills--where does my help come from?
 2 My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.
 3 He will not let your foot slip--he who watches over you will not slumber;
 4 indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
 5 The Lord watches over you--the Lord is your shade at your right hand;
 6 the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.
 7 The Lord will keep you from all harm--he will watch over your life.
 8 the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.

Romans 12:1-2 -- "Therefore, I urge you brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God--this is your spiritual act of worship.  Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.  Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is – his good, pleasing and perfect will"

Proverbs 15:1 -- "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger."

 27 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.
 28 I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand.

1 Corinthians 10:13 -- "No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.”

The Apostles Creed:

I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth.

I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, and born of the virgin Mary.  He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.  The third day he rose again from the dead.  He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty.  From there he will come to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting.  Amen
